     Non-Refundable Pre-Payment Promotion, Terms & Conditions:

• Offer available when booking at least 8 days prior to the date of stay.
• Bookings with travel dates from March 27, 2024 to January 01, 2025, payment must be deposited 7 days after the booking is made, otherwise it will be cancelled and in case of rebooking it will be subject to availability of the offer and the hotel. 
• Bookings with travel dates from 02 January 2025 to 30 April 2025, payment must be deposited before Friday 01 November 2024, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and in case of rebooking will be subject to availability of the offer and the hotel.
• Bookings with travel dates from 01 May 2025 to 31 August 2025, payment must be deposited before Friday 31 January 2025, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and in case of rebooking will be subject to availability of the offer and the hotel.

     FLEXIBLE 2025 Prepaid Promotion, Terms & Conditions:

• Book your stay by prepaying 20% of your stay now and the rest 15 days prior to arrival.
• In case your booking request is made within 15 days prior to arrival, the full stay will be charged from the time of booking.
• Offer available only for hotels in America.  
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• In case the reservation is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel, the full amount of 20% of the reservation deposit will be refunded.
• In the case of a modification to the reservation, the hotel will consider the reservation as a new one, updating the rate according to prices, availability and conditions in force on the day the modification is made. If there is a lower valuation than the total amount originally quoted and booked, no refund of the 20% deposit will be made, unless you follow the rules for total cancellation of the reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
• In the event of a no-show at the hotel, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
• Cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
• In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
• Modifications that decrease the original value of the reservation are not allowed.
