- Semi Flexible Offer Terms and Conditions:
- Available only for 2024 Member Party Dates at destinations Costa Mujeres and Jamaica.
- This offer cannot be combined or accumulated with any previous or subsequent offer.
- It does not allow for modifications that lower the original value of the reservation.
- Semi Flexible offer payment terms:
- This offer does not apply to partial refunds for unused nights or for No shows.
- No cancellations and/or modifications of any kind will be allowed after the last modification dates.
- Canceled or Unused reservations do not apply as credit for future stays.
- Offer applicable only to stays booked with Semi Flexible offer.
- Offer does not apply credit of any kind for extra hotel consumption.
- Destination Costa Mujeres: Payment is due 7 days after the reservation is made, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. A new reservation or "Rebooking" will be subject to availability of the offer and the hotel.
- Destination Jamaica: Payment will be requested by our Call Center team through Payment Links on Friday, June 14, 2024. Payment must be made no later than June 19, 2024, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. A new reservation or "Rebooking" will be subject to availability of the offer and the hotel.
