- The stay must be for 7 nights or more *

- Request the transfer at least 3 days prior to your arrival at the hotel (although it is recommended to do so at least 10 days in advance).

If you have a Signature or Residence level membership, this requirement does not apply (non contractual benefit subject to change).

If your reservation is through your Palladium Rewards account with Family level:

- The reservation must have been made using Rewards points obtained from the purchase (or upgrade) of your PTC membership contract.

- The reservation must be for members and/or beneficiaries included in your PTC membership contract.

- You must stay at one of the hotels included in your PTC membership contract.

- Your stay must be for 7 nights or more*
