Modification or cancellation policies of the Real Madrid Clinic Promotion for Palladium Travel Club Members.
In case of cancellation of attendance to the Real Madrid Clinics or where the participant decides to cancel his/her participation, the Non-Refundable Penalty is $385 usd per participant, applicable to all participants registered in the Real Madrid Clinics. Similarly for the cost of the stay in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the event, a non-refundable penalty of the first night's stay will be charged on the total value of the reservation or the cancellation of the Free Week or Benefit Week certificate used for the reservation.
Once the registration of the minor at the Real Madrid clinics has been confirmed, no modifications of any kind will be allowed.

This promotion is valid for reservations made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
Book your stay by prepaying 20% of your stay now and the rest 15 days before your arrival.
It is necessary to pay 20% of the stay within 7 days of booking to make this offer valid. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be canceled and you will not be able to use this offer. Any changes shall be subject to the offer and the hotel’s availability.
If you make your reservation within 15 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will be charged from the time of booking.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
In case the reservation is cancelled before 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel, the amount deposited in the reservation will be refunded.
Cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.

The hotel will consider modified reservations as a new reservation, updating the rate according to price, availability and conditions in effect on the day the modification is made. If the new reservation is less than the total amount originally quoted and booked, no refund will be applied to the 20% deposit, unless the terms of total cancellation of the reservation up to 48 hours before arrival are followed.
An amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged for no-shows at the hotel.
The total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty for early departure.
