- Book your stay by prepaying 20% of your stay now and the rest 15 days before your arrival.
- If your booking request is made within 15 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will be charged from the time of booking.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
- If booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel, the booking deposit total amount of 20% will be refunded.
- If a booking is modified, the hotel will consider it a new booking, updating the rate according to prices, availability and conditions valid on the day the modification is made. If there is a valuation less than the total amount originally quoted and booked, no refund of the 20% deposit will be made, unless you follow the full cancellation policy up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
- In case of a no-show at the hotel, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
- Cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
- In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
