- Book your stay by prepaying 20% of your stay now and the rest 15 days before your arrival.
- If you make your reservation within 15 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will be charged from the time of booking.
- Offer available only for hotels in the Americas.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival
- If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel, the full amount of 20% of the reservation deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is modified, the hotel will consider it a new reservation, updating the rate according to prices, availability and conditions in effect on the day the modification is made. If the new reservation is less than the total amount originally quoted and booked, no refund will be applied for the 20% deposit, unless the terms of total cancellation of the reservation up to 48 hours before arrival are followed.
- In case of no-show at the hotel, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
- Cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
