Next Saturday, May 24th, Palladium Travel Club will once again surprise its members in Latin America with an exclusive experience that will ignite all the senses. This time, the destination is Buenos Aires, where the heat of the embers and the elegance of wine combine in a unique event: PTC Takes Over Argentina.
In the heart of Palermo, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the Argentine capital, lies Fogón Asado, a restaurant internationally recognized for its innovative approach to traditional asado. Ranked 36th in the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants and recommended by the Michelin Guide, this place will be the perfect setting for an evening of intense flavors, conversation, and connection.
The proposal is clear: an immersive dinner around the fire. Guests will sit at a bar surrounding the central grill, where each step of the menu will be presented in real time. As if that weren't enough, each dish will be accompanied by a special selection of Argentine wines that will further enhance the experience. A fun touch comes with the opportunity to choose your own "gaucho knife", adding a cultural nod to the ritual of the barbecue.
From the welcome cocktail to the last bite of dessert, everything is designed to make this evening unforgettable. The aromas, the slow rhythm of the fire, and the direct interaction with the chefs will make Take the evening on a gastronomic journey through the heart of Argentina. With limited seating, this event promises to be one of the most intimate and sophisticated events of the year for our community.
