Booking Process for 2025 Stays and Fixed Rates for Additional Guests

We are pleased to inform you that we continue with our process of improvement and simplification of processes in order to provide a faster, simpler and more transparent service. This time it is related to the booking process for stays in 2025 of Free All Inclusive Weeks (also known as Benefit Weeks) or any other week at no cost such as 10×1 or Bonus Weeks.
From now on, the preferential rates for additional people* will remain fixed throughout the year, making it easier to calculate your vacation.
Here are the rates for adults and teens (ages 14-17) for each brand:
- TRS Hotels: $150 USD per person, per night.
- Family Selection at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts: $150 USD per person, per night.
- Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts: $120 USD per person, per night.
And for the little ones (children between 4 and 13 years old):
- Family Selection at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts: $75 USD per person, per night.
- Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts: $60 USD per person, per night.
With this simplification, the quotation process for your stays becomes easier and more accessible. You will also be able to plan the cost of your vacation more clearly and quickly.
We take this opportunity to inform you that, in reservations of any type of free week for stays from 2025 onwards in Presidential, Signature and Residence suites, you must necessarily apply at least 2 free weeks, which will allow you to complete the required minimum occupancy of 3 adults in Presidential suites and 4 adults in Signature and Residence suites and include free of charge::
- In Presidential suites up to: a) 4 adults, b) 2 adults + 4 children or c) 3 adults + 2 children.
- In Signature and Residence suites: up to 4 adults.
*Additional persons” are considered ‘additional persons’ from the third person in the same room, as long as the maximum occupancy allows it. In Presidential, Signature and Residence suites, “additional persons” are those not covered by 2 free weeks.
