We are pleased to share with you the instructions to set your password (if you have not already done so) on our website and access our booking engine and your online PTC account:

1. 1. Visit www.palladiumtravelclub.com
2. 2. Click on the user icon (located in the top right corner).
3. 3. Enter the email address registered with your membership.
4. 4. Select the "Forgot my password" option (Olvidó su contraseña).
5. 5. Re-enter your email address and click "Send verification code".
6. 6. Check your email to obtain the code and enter it on the page.
7. 7. Click "Verify code".
8. 8. Create a new password.

To log in with your new password:

1. 1. Open the website www.palladiumtravelclub.com in a new window.
2. 2. Click on the user icon.
3. 3. Enter your email address and the new password.
4. 4. Complete the captcha and click "Log in".
5. 5. When you see a green checkmark next to the user icon, you have successfully logged in.

Important: Remember: Accept cookies and make sure pop-up windows are enabled.

Accessing your online PTC account:

1. Access is through the “Member Portal” link located in the “Useful Links” section at the bottom right of our website.

To log out:

1. Click on the user icon and select "Log out".
