It is our pleasure to write to you to share relevant information about our transportation services. As part of our mission to provide exceptional experiences in every detail of your trip, we would like to inform you about the evolution of our transportation provider. For the purposes of clarification, this update only applies to the destinations that PTC offers in Mexico.
W2M has acquired BD Experience, resulting in the merger of the two companies under one name: W2M-BDX. This union represents a renewed commitment to excellence and efficiency in every move, ensuring the quality and comfort you deserve.
As part of this transformation, W2M-BDX personnel now have a new image on their uniforms, reflecting this integration and evolution. For your convenience and recognition, we’ve provided images of the uniforms that the employees will be wearing, along with the design of the vans that will be available for your use:
