As part of our commitment to enhancing our services, we must announce an important change in how we will handle inquiries and reservation requests through our Call Center.
Effective immediately, we are directing our Call Center team to prioritize phone calls over emails. This strategic measure aims to streamline our communication channels, resolve issues more quickly, and elevate the personalized attention you deserve when contacting us for support or questions about your reservations. I would also like to inform you that if you have questions about your membership contract or how it operates, you can still contact the Contract Verification team via the email address provided in your contract or on the business card in your welcome folder. Any past or future communications through that channel regarding contractual matters or membership inquiries will continue to be addressed.
We assure you that this change is driven by our unwavering dedication to providing you with the best possible service experience. We value your time, and by focusing our colleagues on direct phone interactions, we aim to offer more efficient and effective assistance to each of you, our valued members.
In connection with this transition, please note that any emails sent so far to our Call Center Agents will not be handled. Therefore, if you have any reservations previously requested or managed in writing that you wish to follow up on, please do not hesitate to call our Call Center. This decision has been made to ensure our staff can fully concentrate on serving you promptly and with the utmost attention to detail.
