Palladium Travel Club informs its members that, to fully enjoy the special benefits included in their membership, it is necessary to confirm their trip in advance.

In order to guarantee a personalized and seamless experience, members must notify their stay at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. This notification will allow the corresponding privileges to be correctly applied both to the primary member and to their authorized companions.

The process is simple: once the reservation is made, you must send an email to members.support@palladiumtravelclub.com, indicating the trip details and the names of the beneficiaries who will accompany you.

Omitting this step could limit the application of certain benefits during the stay. Therefore, Palladium Travel Club recommends that its members not overlook this detail in order to experience the VIP treatment that distinguishes the program.
