Room Service

At Palladium Travel Club, we continue to elevate our members' experience with an update to our exclusive Room Service, designed to provide comfort and dining delight in the privacy of your suite.
Members with Exit, Jr Plus, Governor and Governor Plus memberships can access the service for a fee of $18 USD per service, while Ambassador members staying in Ambassador suites at Grand Palladium, TRS or Family Selection are exempt from this charge. In addition, Presidential Ambassador, Presidential Signature and Presidential Signature members enjoy 24-hour room service free of charge, allowing them to enjoy exquisite dishes and snacks at any time of the day or night, without interruptions.
On the other hand, this experience is included when staying at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres, only with an extra charge outside the hours of 11:00am to 10:30pm.
