What Are the Free All-Inclusive Weeks?

These weeks consist of 7 nights and 8 days for 2 people on an all-inclusive plan. Depending on your membership type, we will help you book the highest available category so you can take full advantage of this week. It is very important to note that they have specific dates when they can be applied, as well as a certain number of payments for which they are available.

How Are They Granted?

When you decided to become part of the Palladium Travel Club Family, you were given a presentation on the different membership types that best suited your travel style. Part of the packages or promotions included in the presentation are the free weeks; these individual certificates are tied to each membership based on the promotion that was in effect at the time of purchase.

Does Every Member Have Them?

The promotions offered to join the Palladium Travel Club Family vary throughout the year, so it is possible that some memberships do not include this benefit.

How Can I Redeem a Week for Use?
To ensure you can use this benefit week, make sure you have the following points covered:

• Possess benefit week certificates “Benefit Week” or “Free All-Inclusive Week”.
• Be up to date with your membership monthly payments.
• Each free week certificate is tied to a specific monthly payment, so ensure that payment is covered.
• If you are missing some payments for your week to be released, you can make an early payment and thus take advantage of our promotion.

Can They Be Used at Any Hotel and Suite Type?

You can use these free weeks at the hotels or properties according to the main access levels of your membership. Therefore, it is important that you check whether you have access to Grand Palladium, TRS Hotels, and Family Selection.

As for the room type, it is specified in your membership; our recommendation is that you refer to your contract to verify the dates, destinations, and room type you can book.

We kindly remind you that any free all-inclusive week in your membership must be booked and used within the term specified in your contract.

As Palladium Travel Club does not want you to lose benefits due to their expiration dates, we suggest reviewing the terms and conditions in your membership contract regularly and booking them as soon as they become available.

If you have any pending requests related to the validity of your free all-inclusive weeks due to concessions communicated to you by the Contract Verification team, arising from force majeure events or extracontractual Palladium Travel Club policies, you may contact your Contract Verifier before November 1, 2024, so that they can share the terms and conditions of the concession with you and assist you in its application; as of November 2024, no past or new concessions will be granted or enforced.
